I want to book a stay. Should I message or use the booking page?
For dates within the next six weeks, the booking page on /medellin is fastest because availability is live. For long stays, group bookings, or unusual dates, WhatsApp gets a faster human reply.
Can I visit the house before I book?
Yes. Drop us a note with the dates you would be in Medellín and we will set up a tour. We do tours Tuesday through Saturday, 11am or 4pm.
Do you reply on weekends?
Saturday yes, Sunday no. The community manager rests on Sundays. Urgent things (an active booking, a guest already on-site) reach the founder directly the same day.
I am a journalist or content creator. What is the best way to reach you?
