The terms we both agree to.

A short version: we keep our promises about the stay or trip you book. You bring yourself in good faith. We refund honestly, we do not invent fine print, and the cancellation rules are the ones on this page.

Who we are

Vivus Project SAS is a company registered in Medellín, Colombia. These terms govern your use of vivus.group and the services we sell on it: VivusStay accommodation, Vivus Experience curated trips, and the Vivus Members community. Using the site or buying anything from us means you accept these terms.

Bookings and payments

VivusStay bookings are confirmed through the LobbyPMS engine at La Martina Hotel Boutique the moment payment is taken. Vivus Experience bookings are reserved with a deposit and confirmed when the balance is paid.

Prices are shown in US dollars and Colombian pesos. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We do not accept cash on arrival.

  • VivusStay deposit: full first night.
  • Vivus Experience deposit: $500 per person, balance due 60 days before departure.
  • Taxes (IVA, tourism tax, accommodation tax): included where shown, added at checkout where not.

Cancellations and refunds

VivusStay: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days, the first night is non-refundable; the rest is refundable.

Vivus Experience: full refund up to 60 days before departure. Between 60 and 30 days: deposit is non-refundable, balance refunds. Within 30 days: 50% refund. Within 7 days: no refund unless we resell your spot.

If we cancel a trip or close a property for reasons within our control, you get a full refund and a credit toward a future booking.

House rules

You agree to treat the property, the staff, and the other guests with respect. We reserve the right to ask you to leave (and to refuse a refund) for behaviour that endangers, harasses, or harms other guests, staff, or our neighbours.

  • No smoking inside the rooms or shared interiors. Designated outdoor areas are available.
  • Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00.
  • Guests over the registered party size require advance approval.
  • We are not a party house. Events at the property require explicit written consent.

Working spaces and WiFi

We make best efforts to keep the WiFi running at the speeds we advertise (300+ Mbps fibre with a backup line at VivusStay). Outages happen. We are not responsible for missed work, calls, or deadlines caused by network issues.

On-site Regus access (where included) follows Regus house rules. Suspension or cancellation of Regus access by the operator is outside our control.

Vivus Experience inclusions

Each Vivus Experience lists exactly what is included on its page. We do not change inclusions after you book. If something has to change (a venue is unavailable, a partner changes), we replace it with something equivalent or better.

Optional excursions are optional. Not booking them does not change the trip price.

Liability

You are responsible for travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, and the general risks of travel. We strongly recommend a policy that covers medical emergencies and trip interruption. Vivus Project is not liable for losses arising from acts of nature, government action, or third-party transport, beyond what Colombian consumer protection law requires.

Intellectual property

All copy, photography, and design on vivus.group belongs to Vivus Project SAS unless explicitly credited otherwise. You may share excerpts and link freely. You may not reproduce the site at scale or republish our photography commercially.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith conversation go to the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms occasionally. Existing bookings are governed by the terms in effect when you booked. New terms apply to new bookings.
