The terms we both agree to

Vivus Group operates Vivus La Martina Boutique Hotel in Medellín, Colombia. These terms govern your use of vivus.group, stays at the hotel, and the Vivus Community members club.

Online bookings are made through our booking engine (SiteMinder) and confirmed when the engine confirms them. Bookings made on WhatsApp are confirmed in writing by the front desk.

Rates, taxes and the deposit for your rate are shown before you pay.

Each rate carries its own cancellation policy, shown in the booking engine before you pay and in your confirmation. For WhatsApp bookings, the front desk states it in writing.

If we cancel your booking for reasons within our control, you get a full refund.

You agree to treat the property, the staff, and the other guests with respect. We reserve the right to ask you to leave (and to refuse a refund) for behaviour that endangers, harasses, or harms other guests, staff, or our neighbours.

• ·No smoking inside the rooms or shared interiors. Designated outdoor areas are available.
• ·Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00.
• ·Guests over the registered party size require advance approval.
• ·We are not a party house. Events at the property require explicit written consent.

We make best efforts to keep the internet fast and running. Outages happen. We are not responsible for missed work, calls, or deadlines caused by network issues.

Coworking follows the provider's house rules. Changes to coworking access made by the provider are outside our control.

You are responsible for travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, and the general risks of travel. We strongly recommend a policy that covers medical emergencies and trip interruption. We are not liable for losses arising from acts of nature, government action, or third-party transport, beyond what Colombian consumer protection law requires.

All copy, photography, and design on vivus.group belongs to Vivus Group unless explicitly credited otherwise. You may share excerpts and link freely. You may not reproduce the site at scale or repurpose its assets for commercial use without permission.

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith conversation go to the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia.

We update these terms occasionally. Existing bookings are governed by the terms in effect when you booked. New terms apply to new bookings.
