What this trip is good for.

This trip leans hard on cultural immersion. A Spanish-speaking city, language exchange weekly, locals you actually meet. Career growth comes from the room you work from and the peer network it builds. Pace runs warm and walkable, but you are here to work.

A real person reads what you wrote, not a bot. We answer with the next available time to talk.

  2. A brief call to check the fit.

Twenty minutes on Zoom or WhatsApp. We talk through what you want and what works for your calendar.

We email rarely and never share. Two-click unsubscribe. The form lands with our community manager directly.

Everything we get asked.

If something is missing, WhatsApp us. We answer within the hour, every working hour.

How does this differ from a typical group travel package?

We curate the things that make working travel hard: accommodation, workspace, community, weekly programming. We do not tour you. Your work hours are yours.

Do I have to participate in everything?

Nothing is mandatory. Most events are opt-in. Most groups end up doing two-thirds of the programming and keep the rest of the time for themselves.

What's the average group like?

12 to 16 people, ages 28 to 40, mid-career remote workers across tech, marketing, finance, design, and founders. A mix of solo travelers and couples. English is the working language.

What if I can't work full hours during the week?

Most guests work 30 to 40 hours during the week. Excursions are weekend-loaded. The community manager helps you adjust if your job needs more or less time on a given day.

Can I bring a partner who isn't working?

Yes. Couples pay the room rate plus a partner fee, lower than booking two solos. Partners get full access to programming.

How does the deposit and balance work?

$500 holds your spot. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. A Stripe link arrives in your inbox after the fit call.

Can I join a Vivus Experience on a tourist visa?

A tourist visa works for most US, UK, and EU passports. We are not your immigration lawyer, but we point you to one if your situation is unusual.

What if I want to stay longer than the trip?

Talk to us. VivusStay continues after the trip ends. Many guests roll their Vivus Experience into a longer VivusStay at member rates.
