Sending your team?
Give your people meaningful time abroad without stopping the work. We handle the logistics: rooms, workspace, arrival, the programme. The house has twenty rooms, so a small team can have the place to itself for a month.

How is this different from a group tour?
We handle what makes working travel hard: the room, the workspace, the community and the weekends. We do not tour you. Your work hours are yours.
Do I have to join in everything?
No. Everything is optional. Most people join the nights and weekends that suit their week and keep the rest for themselves.
What if my job needs more hours some weeks?
Plan around it. Excursions sit at the weekend, and the programme bends to your calendar, not the other way round.
Can I bring a partner who is not working?
Yes. Tell us in the form and we will plan for two.
Just want a longer stay on your own terms?
Book La Martina directly for two weeks or more. Message the front desk before you book and they will quote the long-stay rate.
