What is the minimum stay?

Seven nights. Most guests stay between two weeks and three months. We are built for the rhythm of remote work, not weekend tourism.

How does Regus access work?

Every booking includes Regus Parque del Poblado, seven minutes on foot. You get an access card on arrival. Walk in any hour, use any private office, meeting room, or hot desk that is free.

What about laundry?

One bag per week is included. Send it with the housekeeping team Mondays, picked up Tuesdays, returned Thursday. Additional loads are $15 per bag, or use the laundromat three minutes walk from the house.

What is the visa situation for US, UK, and EU passport holders?

Tourist visa on arrival, valid for ninety days. Extendable for another ninety at the migration office in Medellín. We help with the paperwork at no cost.

Can I extend mid-stay?

Yes if your tier has availability. We confirm same-day. The price stays at your booked rate, no surcharge for extending.

How safe is El Poblado?

El Poblado is among the safer Medellín neighbourhoods. We brief every guest on arrival, walk you through the parts of town to know and the parts to skip, and check in on you the first night.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund up to fourteen days before check-in. Fifty percent up to seven days. After that we hold the funds as a credit for any future stay within twelve months.

What is the food situation?

Welcome dinner is on the house. Breakfast is self-serve in the kitchen with rotating local pastries. Lunch and dinner are usually out. Provenza has more options than you can work through in three months.
