Is Vivus the same as La Martina?

Vivus is the brand and the concept. La Martina Hotel Boutique is the first hotel under Vivus, in El Poblado. More cities to follow.

What is the minimum stay?

No minimum, however, most guests stay more than a week. The hotel is built for the rhythm of remote work.

How does Regus access work?

Every booking includes Regus Parque del Poblado, seven minutes on foot. You get an access card on arrival. Walk in during working hours and use any office, meeting room or hot desk that is free.

What is the visa situation for US, UK and EU passport holders?

Tourist visa on arrival, valid for ninety days. Extendable for another ninety at the migration office in Medellin. We help with the paperwork at no cost.

Can I extend mid-stay?

Yes if your tier has availability. We confirm same day. The rate stays at your booked price, no surcharge for extending.

How safe is El Poblado?

El Poblado is among the safer Medellin neighbourhoods. We brief every guest on arrival, walk you through the parts of town to know and the parts to skip, and check in on you the first night.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund up to fourteen days before check-in. Fifty percent up to seven days. After that we hold the funds as a credit for any future stay within twelve months.

What about food?

Breakfast is served at the cafe downstairs. Lunch and dinner options are provided every day so you can eat with the other remote workers and try the best food Medellín has to offer.
